We are putting on the FULL performance of Yoni Fogelman’s A Festival of Light next year, and we need support to make it happen. Why support the Adoro Ensemble? Rooted in Los Angeles and Seoul, Adoro Ensemble brings early music, contemporary works, and cross-cultural traditions into conversation, creating musical experiences that reveal the shared stories that connect us. Adoro’s performance history reflects both versatility and intentionality. The ensemble moves with ease between Renaissance polyphony, Baroque repertoire, contemporary choral music, and culturally blended programs, approaching each with curiosity, stylistic authenticity, and a deep respect for the traditions from which they emerge. 

Adoro also maintains an international educational presence through its English Rehearsal Seminar in South Korea, an immersive training program that introduces Korean conductors and singers to Western choral rehearsal techniques in English. This offering prepares singers who want to apply for international graduate programs and empowers them with practical experience in navigating the language barriers that often arise in English-speaking rehearsal settings. This initiative strengthens Adoro’s global mission by fostering dialogue between Western and Asian musical practices. In Los Angeles, Adoro serves as an incubator for university-level singers and recent graduates, providing the support and professional choral experience needed to bridge the gap into the field. We currently feature Apprentice Artists from University of California, Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Santa Monica College, Chapman University, and California Lutheran University.
